From the home page you will find one link for the Space Provider (green area) and one link for the Space User (yellow area).
If you have a space to let out, follow the Space Provider’s link, and if you are looking for a space to rent follow the Space User’s link. Space Providers will be able to register their spaces, and Space Users will be able to search for available spaces using these links. Space Users can also register their interest in a space in a particular location; as soon as something matching their criteria becomes available they will be notified by email and text. Registration is free for both Space Providers and Space Users. Text messages are also free.
Once registered you will be issued with your user name and password. You will be able to log on and amend your details, register additional spaces, or remove your space from the site etc.
When a Space User indicates their interest in a space, the Space Provider will be informed, and when the Space Provider confirms the deal, the Space User will make payments by debit or credit card using a secure payment page. Space Providers will be e-mailed a form to complete so that they can be paid by standing order.
